Louyia is an iPhone app for digital loyalty cards, appointments and repeat visits. Businesses manage their services, clients and rewards; customers keep their cards and bookings together.

Local service businesses and their customers, including salons, beauty studios, wellness and personal care businesses.
Is Louyia free for customers?
Yes. Customers can use Louyia for loyalty cards, stamps, rewards and appointments for free. Services booked with a business are paid for separately.
How does the Business subscription work?
A Business subscription unlocks Business functionality. The plans are $4.99 per week or $119.99 per year in the US App Store. Apple handles billing. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple subscription settings. Your local price and any eligible offer are shown in the app before purchase.
Can customers add loyalty cards to Apple Wallet?
Yes. Customers can add supported Louyia loyalty cards to Apple Wallet. Look for the Apple Wallet option on a supported card in Louyia.
Can customers book appointments?
Yes. At participating businesses that offer booking, customers can choose services and an available time, see upcoming and past appointments, and manage bookings.
Does Louyia support multi-service appointments?
Yes. An appointment can include more than one service, so customers and businesses can keep those services together in one booking.
Can businesses manually create appointments?
Yes. Businesses can create appointments for existing Louyia customers or for appointment-only clients.
Can businesses manage client loyalty progress?
Yes. Businesses can view a client’s stamp progress and reward status, give stamps and redeem earned rewards.
Does Louyia process payments for salon or service appointments?
No. Customers pay the business directly. Louyia does not process payments for the services booked through the app.
